A message dated February 14 was received stating the Senate has                                                                 
returned the following at the request of the House:

    "An Act requiring a nonresident to be accompanied by a guide or                                                             
    resident spouse or relative when hunting certain caribou."

Representative Lincoln, citing Uniform Rule 35, moved and asked                                                                 
unanimous consent that his name be added as prime sponsor to the
